How Do I Find Specific Artists/Pictures

We’ve put some categories and subjects on the home page which we hope will help when you are looking for specific pieces.  We’ve also listed the artists alphabetically to make your searching easier.  You can also use the search engine to find what you are looking for e.g enter Saltburn if you want pictures or photographs of Saltburn.  If you still can’t find what you’re looking for send an e-mail to info@artsbank.co.uk with the details and we’ll see if we have anything suitable in stock.

How Do I Place An Order?

Placing an order with ArtsBank is really easy – you’ll just need to register your details with us and then you can start shopping. Add any items you want to your Shopping Basket and then either Continue Shopping for more items or Check Out.

How Can I Keep Track of My Order?

Simply log in to your account and you’ll see any current and past orders placed with us.  It will also show the status of these accounts.

I’ve Forgotten My Password

Don’t worry if you can’t remember your password.  Sign in to your account using the e-mail address you have registered and click the “Forgotten Password” prompt.  You’ll then receive an automated e-mail with your password.  You may need to confirm some other details for security.

How Can I Pay?

You will need to pay via credit or debit card.  We take all major cards with the exception of American Express. Unfortunately we are unable to take payment via Paypal.

How Do I Receive Details of Any Upcoming Events and Exhibitions?

You can simply sign up for our free newsletter – just enter your e-mail address on the home page and we’ll send you regular updates of what’s going on at ArtsBank.
