Terms and Conditions...

All information and images held on the ArtsBank website are copyright to ArtsBank and cannot be republished or copied in any form. The copyright and ownership of the artwork remains the property of the individual artists.

All orders placed via the ArtsBank website will be subject to our Terms and Conditions. You must agree to abide by these before placing any order.

These Terms and Conditions may be changed and updated from time to time. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure they are aware of any changes to these Terms and Conditions.

Confirmation of acceptance of your order will be sent once payment has been taken.

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by ArtsBank.

All reasonable efforts have been made by ArtsBank to describe and photograph items as accurately as possible. However, occasionally there may be some slight colour variation between the actual product and the way it appears on the screen.  

Picture sizes etc. are approximate and not exact. The size quoted is the actual image size and does not include any frame/mount size.

All original artwork is framed unless otherwise stated. Please contact ArtsBank on info@artsbank.co.uk - if you would like information about the frames on individual pieces are artwork.

The price for the artwork you have ordered will be the price quoted on the website at the date the order is received by us.

Payments will be taken in Pounds Sterling.

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT. 

The prices shown do not include delivery. Please e-mail us at info@artsbank.co.uk if you need to confirm the delivery charge.

Payments made must be made by Debit/Credit Card. Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment with American Express. When entering card details, you must either be the cardholder or have the cardholder’s authorisation for use. Checks to ensure correct usage of cards may be made from time to time either by ArtsBank or the card issuer. Should a card payment not be authorised, we reserve the right to cancel the order immediately. When you place your order, our secure server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us.  

Despatch will be made as soon as possible after the order has been confirmed. If for any reason we are unable to deliver your order, you will be notified and your payment refunded.  

ArtsBank will not be responsible for any delays with the delivery of your order once it is with the carriers.

Any damaged or missing items must be reported to ArtsBank within 7 days of receipt either by e-mail on info@artsbank.co.uk or telephone 01287 625300.  

If any damaged/missing items are unable to be replaced, a refund will be raised against the card used to make the original purchase.  ArtsBank will not be liable if notification of damage is not made within 7 days of receipt.

Refunds will only be made under the following conditions:

It has been authorised by ArtsBankReturns are received back within 28 days from the point of orderItems are returned in full

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure all of the information and pricing is correct, if we discover any errors on your order, we will notify you at which point you will able to re-confirm or cancel your order.
