Delivery & Returns
The price of the artwork does not include delivery, it will be shown separately in the basket.
Despatch will be made as soon as possible after the order has been
confirmed. If for any reason we are unable to deliver your order, you will be
notified and your payment refunded.
ArtsBank will not be responsible for any delays with the delivery of your
order once it is with the carrier.
Any damaged or missing items must be reported to ArtsBank within 7 days
of receipt either by e-mail on email@example.com or telephone 01642 763322.
If any damaged/missing items are unable to be replaced, a refund will be
raised against the card used to make the original purchase. ArtsBank will
not be liable if notification of damage is not made within 7 days of receipt.
