Steve Tomlinson
Steve has always been an artist. For over 20 years his work has included major public commissions, lecturing, project management and consultancy.
His paintings reflect his life long interest in the more remote locations of the natural world and their basic textural and material elements. For him, nature is the means by which we feel connected to the world, and that connection is something we should never lose sight of. Colour plays an important role in the elements he is drawn to – whether they be the strong changes we see through the seasons, the subtle shades of stone and moss or the sparkling shades of the sea.
He often works to commission for private clients and interior designers, and also undertakes portrait commissions.
