Ken has been interested in using a camera for over 35 years and although retired he is now able to spend time on more creative photography. He attended development courses in the early days to learn the basics of photography and particularly enjoyed the darkroom printing and processing. Ken's preferred subject is landscape photography with inspiration taken from early pioneers like Ansel Adams and Frank Sutcliffe. Two  favourite modern day photographers are Joe Cornish and Charlie Waite. The introduction of the digital camera and the post processing software has been a major influence on Ken's creative approach to composition and achieving that final image. In recent years he has been successful in having a number of pictures published in various digital camera magazines.
